Michael Miranda is the Co-Founder of USA Promo Items LLC, a promotional products distribution company established in 2012. Prior to starting his own business, Michael worked for a small business in the City of Industry specializing in ID badge and Lanyard manufacturing. Michael managed a sales team which grew the overall company sales to over $8 million a year. His customer centric mindset to always provide top notch customer service allowed Michael to excel within the organization and gained recognition as the top sales manager.
Over the course of 10 years, Michael gained his knowledge in the promotional and distribution industry and decided to start his own business. Although hesitant at first to jump into something new, he felt he had enough knowledge, family support and the perseverance to make it successful.
In 2012, Michael and his partner started USA Promo Items in his garage. He applied everything he learned from his previous employer, dedicated hours upon hours learning new aspects about the industry, and more importantly applied the same customer centric mentality. He has been helping companies, schools, unions, cities, states, large and small business with their branding through promotional products. “
