The Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Tri-County, the new voice in the business world, interacting with communities in Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties presents a dynamic and vibrant group of business experts and caring professionals.
Elected on March 7, 2016, at the Couwami Asian Fusion restaurant in Azusa, Calif., serving for two years are: President Merwynn Montenegro, Real Estate/Mortgage and Financial Services, consultant for home-based dental/health insurance and travel agency; 1st Vice President Elenita Yuhico, consultant/interior designer for businesses; 2nd Vice President Lydia V. Solis, Retiree, City of L.A./volunteer; Secretary Josephine Edralin Basilio, Registered Nurse, El Monte Hospital; Asst. Secretary Ed Cansino, retired travel agent, now in business providing accessories from Southeast Asia for home accents; Treasurer Ricky Villacisneros, Philippine National Bank North America Region Head, Remittance Centers, Inc.; and Asst. Treasurer Wilma Orendain, who is in food industry management. Board Members are: Grace Ordiales-Vaughn, one of the FACC TC founders, who served as interim president for two years; Ed Venegas, Mila Castaneda, Ed Cruz, Karlene Tillett, Danny Santos, Myrna Ramos, Anita Sims, and Atty. Abraham Lim, who also serves as Legal Counsel for the newly-formed Chamber of Commerce. FACC TC mentors Noel S.V. Omega and Mary Ann Omega of the Filipino American Chamber of Commerce Greater L.A. acted as Comelec.
