“The race for the White House is over but a new race is beginning in our great State of California and it is my distinct honor and privilege to support the campaign of Mr. John Chiang to be our next Governor,” says Atty. Lim. “I am hoping that you can join me and John as he embarks on this endeavor. John has provided me with a link http://www.johnchiang.com/AbrahamLim wherein you can make your financial contributions towards his campaign.”
Atty. Lim added that “No amount is too small. All great things begin with small steps as the cliché goes. We are many and if we come together, we can become a big voice.” If you have any questions, you may call Atty. Lim at (323) 888-9788.
About John Chiang
On May 17, 2016, John announced his bid for the 2018 California Gubernatorial race.
As a child of immigrant parents, John and his siblings grew up in a much different time. His parents arrived in this country, each dreaming of a better future. While their determination and relentlessness led to a middle class neighborhood with better schools, they still experienced bigotry, as the first Asian American family on the block. But John’s parents never gave up on a better life for his family and that’s why he will never give up on the same for you. John is running for Governor to make sure the future his parents were able to provide for him becomes a reality for the future of all California families.
John graduated with honors from the University of South Florida with a degree in finance. He received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. He was elected on Nov. 4, 2014, as California’s 33rd State Treasurer. Prior to being elected Treasurer, he served from 2007 through 2014 as State Controller.
